Insurance & Superbills.

Do you take insurance?

No — Quiet Horizons is an independent, self-pay practice. This is what makes no-waitlist, evening-and-weekend care possible. After each visit you receive a superbill (an itemized receipt with the codes insurers require). If your plan includes out-of-network benefits — most PPO plans do — you can submit it for reimbursement, often for a substantial portion of the visit cost.
